As an independent, non-profit organization, the Friends of the Bedford Free Public Library raise funds through membership and book sales. With these funds, the Friends provide programs and services beyond those in the Library's annual budget including children, teen, and adult programs; lectures series; acquisitions of content, furnishings and technology for use by patrons; museum passes, and much, much more.
